After a brief study of journalistic writing and a close viewing of example newscasts, they wrote scripts in which they interviewed characters and brought to light the issues posed by a yellow fever outbreak in early-American Philadelphia (8th grade) and the struggle between foreign landlords and peasants in 19th century Ireland (7th grade).
Today, we began filming using our new professional green-screen.
